An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or notice. We may refuse/cancel an order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
2.3 Placing an E-commerce Order (Nirvanis Foods LLC): Orders for packaged products (such as Nirvanis White Sauce) are offers to purchase from Nirvanis Foods LLC. Orders are confirmed via email/notification. We may refuse/cancel orders at our discretion for the same reasons listed above.
2.4 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information for all orders and to promptly update details as needed to complete transactions.
3.1 Pricing: All prices are in USD. Prices may change without notice.
3.2 Payment: Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments. You confirm authorization to use the chosen payment method.
3.3 Taxes: Applicable New Jersey Sales Tax will be charged on restaurant orders (Indian Kitchen) and on taxable packaged product orders (Foods).

4.2 Packaged Products (Nirvanis Foods LLC): Ingredient information is provided on product labels. Customers should review labels carefully and contact us with questions. We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by allergens or sensitivities.
5.1 Restaurant Orders (Nirvanis Indian Kitchen LLC):
Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing your order before submission.
Pick-Up: Arrive at the chosen location at the designated time. Orders not picked up may decline in quality; no refunds for unclaimed food.
Delivery: If fulfilled by third-party services (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats), their terms apply. We are not responsible once food is handed off.
5.2 Packaged Product Orders (Nirvanis Foods LLC):
Orders will be shipped to the address provided. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available carriers will be displayed at checkout.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier.
6.1 Restaurant Orders: May be canceled within 10 minutes of placement by calling the restaurant directly. Refunds, credits, or replacements may be offered at our discretion if order issues are reported on the same day.
6.2 Packaged Products: Due to the perishable/consumable nature of our items, returns are not accepted. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify Nirvanis Foods LLC within 7 days of receipt. We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Photographic evidence may be required.
All website content (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by Nirvanis Indian Kitchen LLC, Nirvanis Foods LLC, or their content suppliers, and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
